Stan, or Stanislaw, made breakfast feel special. He chatted with us every morning and made sure everyone was happy. We ate breakfast there daily, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious too. Franchesco was a wonderful waiter who shared a little about life in this part of the world and gave us great recommendations each night. Both of them brought a personal touch that really reflects the brand’s values. Hyatt was our home for three nights after we arrived in Murano. The rooms were spacious, fresh, and comfortable, with lovely decor and beautiful glass art in delicate colors that reminded us we were in Murano. It was just the relaxing hotel we wanted for our first trip to Venecia, with international standards. As a hospitality expert, I love seeing professionals at work, and Hyatt delivered a fantastic experience.

Of the five hotels on our Italy tour, this was easily the best. The breakfast had the biggest and most delicious selection, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. They even let us borrow an iron, a small convenience none of the other hotels offered. We had a truly exceptional stay at the Hyatt Centric Murano Venice, with great amenities and service. Highly recommend it.

Hassan at the front desk was incredibly hospitable and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It was the nicest service we’ve ever received. Sten, whose name I may have spelled wrong, also deserves a mention for the lovely, exceptional service and pleasant interaction during breakfast. The rooms are beautiful, and I loved the touch of rituals amenities. We’ll definitely return. They’re a great image for Hyatt!

The hotel felt modern and was wonderfully quiet, with the water taxi right beside it. The room was surprisingly roomy for an old European city hotel. It might not seem especially large to visitors from the United States, but by European standards it was spacious and nice. I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the Venice area.

The staff made my mom and me feel at home, especially Elizabetta, Simone, Elena, and Ricky. They’re what made the stay memorable. The hotel is also in a handy spot, just steps from the Vaporetto and shops, with clean rooms and a good breakfast. This was our third visit to Murano and our second stay at the Hyatt Centric. We loved it again and hope to come back next year.
