New Reiter Hotel

Lido was such a lovely, calm island away from Venice's busy areas, and the boat ride in was scenic. It takes about 15 minutes to reach San Marco and 40 minutes to the train station. At the hotel, we found the staff lovely, breakfast had a great selection, and the place felt fancy and luxurious. It's also very close to the vaporetto station. Great hotel and island, highly recommend.

The restaurant was a real highlight, with delicious meals we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed four nights at the charming, small New Reiter Hotel on Lido di Venezia, and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms felt cozy and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Everything we needed was easy to reach, whether we were exploring the island or going into Venice. We highly recommend it for a visit to Lido di Venezia.

Lido suited us well because it let us get away from Venice's busier, more touristy spots while still having plenty of nice cafés and restaurants. San Marco and the more scenic areas are about 45-55 minutes away, but easy to reach by boat. The location gets a solid 4.5 out of 5. Staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, Wi-Fi fast, and breakfast great. An 11 a.m. checkout felt fair and gave us time to ease into the day. I'd love to come back.

We were holidaying on Lido and ended up eating here almost every evening. The staff were friendly and professional, the food and drinks were delicious, and the pizza was the best in town. We never waited to be seated, and they'd even set up more tables if needed. There was a nice atmosphere, sometimes with live music, and the prices were friendly. We'd had some bad restaurant experiences elsewhere on the island, so this place is an easy recommendation. Thumbs up!
