Alice was absolutely lovely and a real credit to Palazzo Bembo. We also appreciated the clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, the dining room’s lovely view, and the simple but perfectly adequate breakfast. The location near the Rialto Bridge made it easy to walk around Venice, and getting there from Marco Polo Airport on Alilaguna’s Orange Line water bus was straightforward and stress-free. One small issue: housekeeping came into our room without warning, and we hadn’t been told the daily cleaning times or given a way to opt in or out. A note at check-in or signage about preferences would help. There were stairs from the entrance to the bathroom area in our room, and the floor was slightly uneven, which could be difficult for guests with reduced mobility. There is a lift from the main entrance into the building. We’d happily stay again and recommend Palazzo Bembo.

Our room at Palazzo Bembo had beautiful wooden furniture and a distinctive feel, plus a lovely view of the Grand Canal and Rialto bridge. The hotel is close to the Rialto bridge without being uncomfortably close, and San Marcos square is within walking distance. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, especially Alice and the afternoon and evening team. We’d recommend it and stay here again.

Room 101 looked out over the Grand Canal, just the view we’d hoped for. We had everything we wanted for an enjoyable break, and the building itself is lovely. The location was perfect, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We’d definitely recommend it.

An incredibly convenient location, and the room was very elegant with a well-equipped bathroom. In the afternoon, you can hear gondoliers singing along the surrounding canals. Such a classy touch! 😍

Getting to the hotel by sea from the airport was really easy. It’s a great choice for Venice, with a good location, clean rooms, and a perfect view. Walking through the streets to reach your room makes the experience feel comfortable, almost like being at home.
