The hotel has a beautiful former-palace building and a warm atmosphere. The staff were excellent, kind, and helpful, especially Marcela, who helped whenever I needed anything. It’s in a very nice, quiet area, with a large square in front and major sights nearby. My room was always clean and well kept. I was disappointed by the TV. In 2026, it seems unacceptable that it can’t connect to the internet for services like Netflix. Local Italian TV wasn’t useful to me since I don’t understand the language, and after a long day I wanted to relax with a movie, which I couldn’t do. I was told other guests had raised this too, but nothing seemed to change. Bathroom pipes also made noise at night and disturbed my sleep. Breakfast could have offered more variety, especially savory choices instead of mostly sweet food. Some items didn’t seem fresh. I still came away with a positive impression, though these small details could make a real difference for guests.

The hotel was right in the city center, with gondola pickups just outside the front door. Service was great and the rooms were beautiful. Our only issue was that there wasn’t enough space for our large group, despite what we’d been promised.

My room was enormous, full of character, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was a highlight too, with an extensive spread, beautifully presented and made from excellent ingredients. Michele and Glerida were sensational hosts, warm, attentive, and full of local knowledge that made my visit even more special. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palazzo Vitturi and couldn’t recommend it more. Its charm, comfort, and hospitality made the experience unforgettable.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and a real asset to the hotel. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, served in a street-level room with full-height windows. We loved our October stay at Hotel Palazzo Vitturi in Fenice. It’s in a beautiful square and well placed for exploring the heart of Venice. We were upgraded to a lovely front-facing room with two large glass chandeliers and huge windows looking out over the square.
