We had a good-sized apartment with very comfortable beds, and the location was perfect. The patio was amazing, a real luxury in Venice. Check-in help was wonderful: the person who met us was welcoming and even helped with one of our bags. Getting there from the ferry station meant a fair walk and crossing a few bridges. The kitchen is very good, but it had no basics for cooking, like salt or oil. Air conditioning is only in the main bedroom; the other rooms have fans.

Finding it from the street was a little difficult, but the place feels historic and scenic. Walking into one of the rooms made me feel like I was stepping into local history. It was very clean, and the staff were lovely.
