It’s spacious, modern, luxurious, and very clean, with a lovely big sitting room. On a clear day there’s a beautiful view across Venice’s rooftops to the Alps. The spot is quiet, yet only a 5-7 minute walk from St Marks Square, with a supermarket, little shops, and restaurants close by. I’d have rated it five stars, except some appliances were noisy or didn’t work properly. Also, the upstairs bedroom with the terrace has no door.

Twelve windows give a three-quarter panoramic view, and there’s a little balcony over the rooftops of Venice. The place is central, super modern, well equipped, and very clean. Getting to paradise takes 85 steps, so think about your luggage. I’d gladly stay again.

RUN AWAY!!! Fake Italian style. We had no sheets, just a dish towel for the kitchen, endless stairs, and questionable decor. We were there for nine days, and the owner was unreachable.
