We had plenty of room, especially by Venice standards, and the staff were kind and attentive. They let us check in early, and breakfast was easy. Getting around from here was simple, and the immediate area stayed fairly calm rather than loud or busy. The trouble was the bed. It was two smaller beds pushed together, and my partner and I kept ending up in the gap. Still, I’d recommend the stay.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel is in a quiet spot. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to both the train station and Rialto. Breakfast is continental, with good cheese and ham. There’s a restaurant right by the entrance, though we ate better elsewhere. The bathroom needs work. There was mold all around the tub caulking, and the shower had only about 30 inches of glass, so you had to squeeze into a small space to keep water off the floor. The water pressure was good, at least. The bed felt old and springy, but was bearable. I was glad I brought my own pillow because theirs were very flat and low. The air conditioning didn’t work at first, but they managed to fix it.

We’d happily come back. The hotel is clean, with big rooms and a delicious breakfast. It’s in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of the island, which makes it easy to get around.

Vince was fantastic, full of useful information, and his tips helped me feel safe for the rest of my trip. The place was super clean and really quiet, so I’d definitely stay again.

Small, comfortable hotel and very clean. Everything we needed was taken care of, and the service was friendly. Recommended.
