The apartment is roomy, clean, and well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. It’s on a quiet canal, close to everyday Venice life, and an easy walk from Accademia and San Marco. Vaporetto stops are nearby too. I’d recommend it.

We found the manager very helpful with all our questions. The apartment was clean and tidy, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, sunny living room that was well heated. It’s a great base for Venice and the islands, one vaporetto stop from Piazza San Marco or about a 15-minute walk.

Alvise was genuinely kind and helped my partner and me find some of Venice’s less-known corners. The apartment was comfortable and well located for exploring the city.

A welcoming place in a very convenient spot, just steps from the main vaporetto stops. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I’d like to book this apartment, but I can’t find a booking option here or any contact details. I also can’t tell whether it’s still available.
