Villa Veneta Ca' Sabbioni

The garden was a lovely, romantic place to spend time with my spouse, and the hotel itself is full of history. Our clean, tidy room had a lovely garden view and a soft bed that was great for my back. Breakfast was available while the restaurant was closed because of the pandemic, and the fresh food was to die for. The hotel is near local shops, with public transport right opposite and about a half-hour ride to Venice. Precautions were in place to keep staff and guests safe. Michele, Silvia and the rest of the staff were so accommodating and made our experience in Italy beautiful and friendly. I’m glad we stayed and will definitely return. Thank you.

We were sad to leave after just three nights and wished we’d booked more. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and the room was lovely and clean. Getting to Venice was easy, with the bus right outside. We had an early flight, and they even packed croissants for us to collect at 6:30 am. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. It’s honestly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Getting into Venice proper was easy and cheap, with a bus stop across the street. That made this a great alternative to the pricier city hotels. The rooms are roomy and nicely furnished, with a lovely rustic feel. Staff were extremely kind and eager to help, and the food was excellent and plentiful. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and really comfortable, and the restaurant was just right on the night we didn’t want to deal with the crowds in the city. Breakfast service was wonderful, with lots of variety, and the staff were very nice. The bus stop is right across the street, about 20 minutes from Venice.
