Residence Rossboden

The upper rooms look out over a beautiful mountain panorama, and the pool with its counter-current feature is a nice extra. There’s a games room too, with foosball and table tennis. We enjoyed our stay and I’d happily recommend the place. The pool did leave a strong chlorine smell throughout the hotel, though we didn’t notice it in the hallways or our room. One funny design choice: the toilet is separate, but the sink is in the bathroom across the room. So after using the toilet, are you meant to walk all the way over there with a dirty bottom? I still don’t get it. 🤣

The place was even nicer than the photos and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed for the baby, including a crib, car seat, bathtub, and towel. The owner was incredibly helpful, even when our car battery died. And the setting is so peaceful and beautiful. I absolutely recommend it.

The place is quiet, beautiful, and completely immersed in nature. At first I felt a bit lost and almost isolated, but then I realized bigger towns are only about a 20-minute drive away. Spectacular. Everything was spotless, which says a lot because I’m very picky about cleanliness. The staff were wonderful and kind, and Mrs. Monika is just sweet.

The owner is so kind and available whenever you need something. The apartments are charming, clean, and well equipped, and there’s a small wellness center and pool. Fresh, delicious bread waiting just outside the door in the morning was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
