Very nice hotel, with clean rooms, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

The room was disappointing. The bed was indented and uncomfortable, and I spent the first night catching bugs off the walls. The bathroom looked upgraded, with new tiles and a new shower. As an Asian guest, I would steer clear of this place. The front desk staff seemed annoyed whenever I approached, before I'd even asked my question. I know it can't be proven with complete certainty that the attitude was discriminatory, but the staff were friendly to non-Asian guests.

This hotel works well if you have a car and plan to drive to nearby places each day. The rooms are big enough for two, and the shattaf sprayer and shattaf sprayer seat in the bathroom were an unexpected and welcome surprise. Parking right next to our room made it handy to unload our bags and pool floats. Without a car, I wouldn't stay here. There's nothing around, and you can't really walk from the hotel because the roads have no pavement.

The room was awful. The air conditioning kept failing, there were insects, bugs, and spiders, and the insulation was poor. We could hear planes taking off and landing at Malpensa. Breakfast was very sparse, just mozzarella with tomatoes and a few croissants and cakes. I wouldn't recommend this motel, which definitely isn't a hotel.
