Attico con terrazza Villa Marianna

The sleeping arrangements were a shock. In the big hallway there was a vintage sofa being used as a double bed, though it wasn't even a double. In the kitchen area, which looked like it dated from the 1970s, there was a camp bed almost on the floor with no blanket. We eventually found the blanket in the only bedroom closet, whose doors were broken and which had plenty of mites. The bathrooms were even more frightening in person than they looked in the photos. This was supposed to be a stay for five on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, booked by my friend after seeing the pictures. Aimé showed us the building from the photo, then led us up to the attic. The moment we opened the door, all of us were stunned by its condition. Three of us gave up on spending a miserable, sleepless night there and found somewhere more comfortable in Verona, even though we'd paid quite a lot for the night. The other two friends decided to treat the nightmare as an adventure. I'm really disappointed. Nothing like this has ever happened to me, and offering accommodation like that to anyone is absolutely shameful.

Daniel was so kind and helpful, and we had a really positive stay. We spent two nights in this penthouse with our two little girls. Thanks for everything!

The rooms are elegant and make a lovely place to stay, with reasonable prices too. Highly recommended, it's beautiful and welcoming.

I'll get the photos to the right people soon... haha
