Bagolina B&B

After I’d been left waiting in the rain for ages, they eventually gave me a room with no mobile signal and no Wi-Fi. I complained, but they wouldn’t give my money back and made me leave. I ended up out on the street for the night. They’re awful, and I felt scammed.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at this hotel. The place itself was in very good condition, and Mrs Elena really stood out for her help and warm hospitality. She was easy to talk to as well.

I never actually stayed here, because the property cancelled my reservation the day before I was due to arrive. They offered no alternative and made no real effort to help, leaving me to find somewhere during peak season when reasonably priced options are hard to come by. My booking had already been accepted and paid for, so being told there was no room available was unacceptable. To me, cancelling like this raises serious questions about the property's reliability and honesty. I’d avoid it if you need a dependable reservation and some peace of mind while travelling. This kind of practice shouldn’t be tolerated.

My reservation was cancelled just 24 hours before I was meant to arrive, during a May holiday weekend. They offered no real fix and showed no sense of responsibility. Finding anything else at a similar price then was nearly impossible. A booking should mean something, but this one apparently didn’t. The way this was handled showed no basic organization, professionalism, or respect for guests. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. If you want a reliable place lined up before your trip, avoid it.
