Casa Farinati

We booked through Booking and stayed a few days ago. The house is roomy and affordable, but didn’t match the description. There was no parking, the TVs didn’t work, and the hot water kept cutting in and out, with a risk of burning you. In the bathroom with no window, the standing water came up to our ankles when showering. There was no coffee machine or even microwave for making breakfast, and the bedroom walls had mold. The neighborhood isn’t great either. I really wouldn’t recommend it.

The mattresses were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. A parking spot is included, which is a real plus. The apartment itself was in a great location, about a 1.2-kilometer walk from the city center. The apartment was impeccable, though I agree with the comments that the balcony and bathroom need renovation. Tourist tax also has to be paid on site.

We had a wonderful stay, and this is a place I’d keep in mind for any kind of visit. The apartment is in Borgo Trento, near Maggiore Hospital, with buses close by that reach the center in five minutes. There are well-stocked supermarkets, useful shops, and a pharmacy nearby. Inside, it’s clean and welcoming, with two large double bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with lots of appliances, including a Nespresso machine and dishwasher, plus WiFi. Thank you for everything!

The water barely comes out of the taps. The floors aren’t clean, and the washing machine is stained and rotten. The plumbing is disgusting and needs replacing immediately.
