The large, clean three-room apartment at Gran Terrazza has a lovely open-air terrace, and there’s free Wi-Fi and free parking nearby. It’s quiet and cosy, with everything close by and the city centre about a 10-minute walk away. The host was kind and quick to respond. I came away with a great impression and would happily recommend staying here. I hope to return.
The place was clean and had an outdoor terrace. The host was very nice.

I booked a room by phone, and the woman I spoke with was kind. But when I got to Verona, nobody was there to meet me, even though I’d called and messaged during the trip to share my arrival time. Being left on my own in a city I barely know was a really unpleasant experience, and I had to find somewhere else to stay. When I called her the next day, she didn’t seem interested in what had happened. I was very disappointed with the service and strongly advise against it.
