The owner is one of the kindest, most helpful people I've met in Italy. I felt really comfortable there. Cleaning was done when requested, and he helped us with everything we needed. He doesn't speak English, but we always managed to understand each other. When people want to connect, it comes from the heart, not words. We'll definitely return, and I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for peace and a good mood.

It was a lovely place and the owner was really nice. The bathroom is just outside the room rather than inside it. There wasn't a fridge or freezer in our room, but the owner let us use his own. Breakfast was sweet, with great coffee and an Italian croissant, and having air conditioning in the room made the stay more comfortable. The mornings were unfortunately very loud, with dogs barking and people talking loudly. It's not far from the city center or the beach. There are parking spaces, though they're hard to find at night. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

The owner's kindness, the quiet location away from the center, the simple furnishings, and the fact that the rooms have no soundproofing have all been mentioned in other comments. Together, those things help explain the competitive price. But cleanliness was poor. The floor had just been mopped when we arrived, yet the curtain was very dusty, there were stains on the wall that I couldn't identify, and the shower stall and parts of the bathroom ceiling were moldy. The door frames were rotten at the bottom. What disgusted me most was a brown stain near the toilet flush button, and its origin was easy to identify. I couldn't report it because the owner wasn't there when we got back from the beach.

The waiters are kind and courteous, and they make you feel comfortable. The food really is excellent; I have nothing bad to say about it. I'm giving one star because the owner was rude and arrogant. This had been my favorite restaurant since 2018, but it won't be anymore. I won't go looking for another place with a better owner either, especially since people come out to relax, not to feel judged or treated like dirt.
