The location is convenient, about a ten-minute walk from downtown and close to a bus stop. The apartment has four bedrooms, three with AC and one with a fan, an old elevator, a grocery store downstairs, and a washing machine. The room space was comfortable, and there are two bathrooms, though one is tiny, about 1.5 by 1.5 meters, and the shower is an old bath. With nine people, mornings can be a rush. We arrived to a dirty apartment and had to sweep and clean some things ourselves, even though Airbnb charges a cleaning fee. I still wonder whether the bathroom had been cleaned. In the bedroom, there's only one outlet, so you have to choose between charging your phone, using the lamp or plugging in the AC. The kitchen was missing some basics for a group of nine, including a blender, kitchen towels, cleaning cloths and dish soap. There's an outlet by the burner for the kettle. Clothes and towels have to dry on the balcony because there's no dryer or proper place to hang them. The shower drain was blocked. We asked Giusepe and Lediona to fix it, but they first said it was Sunday, then told us to watch for hair in the shower and suggested we might be better off not washing it. A woman came to fix it the day before we left, and they said we could use the other bathroom in the meantime. Imagine that with nine people. Those two hosts don't seem to know how an Airbnb should be presented or equipped, or how to handle guest problems. If you don't mind poor treatment and issues going unresolved, go ahead. Otherwise, look somewhere else.

One of the best options in Vicenza, and definitely among the cheapest.

It's close to the main places, but the apartment itself feels old, dull and quite cold. The water tank was leaking, and there was no light in the WC.

I stayed only a few hours and left around seven in the morning, well before checkout. The bathroom was separate from the room, something the website hadn't mentioned, and I couldn't use it anyway because there was an electrical switch inside the shower. There was no bidet or even a showerhead, and the sink was right beside an outlet with exposed wires. The property breaks basic safety rules, and I felt my life was literally at risk. The shabby furnishings, Christmas decorations at the entrance in September, and complete lack of privacy were minor by comparison. For a few euros more, you can stay at a nearby property. I forgot to use the bathroom and will ask Booking.com for compensation. P.S. In his reply to this review, the manager told some truly pathetic lies. Even if my dog had done its business in the bedroom, which absolutely isn't true, that wouldn't excuse having an electrical switch in the shower.
