We only decided at the last minute to spend two nights here, and were so glad we did. The food was outstanding, the staff warm and attentive, and the lovely setting and thoughtfully designed interior gave the hotel a special feel. We’d happily recommend it.

You’re made to feel like family by the staff. The hotel has a lovely spa and a gym overlooking the sea, plus beautiful views from the rooms, lounges, and restaurants. There’s a free shuttle to the station, so a car isn’t necessary.

The view from our room’s terrace was a real highlight, and the rooms themselves were spacious, gorgeous, and effortlessly stylish. My husband and I found the hotel while touring Italy by car, and Stella made us feel from the start that we were in for a special stay. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, plentiful, and beautifully laid out, with hot options too. We enjoyed the pools and spa, though a dip in the sea was the most refreshing way to cool off. Such a lovely part of our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

On my first trip to Italy, I stayed here alone in June 2024 and loved every minute. Stella was an incredible host, so kind to me that it felt like we’d known each other for years. Manuel and Mario were lovely too, and their suggestions and lifts into town were much appreciated. The pool staff were wonderful as well. If you’re thinking about Capo La Gala, just go. I’d return in a heartbeat.
