The beach clubs beside the apartment were great, and we spent two afternoons relaxing by the beach. It’s a quiet spot by the water, away from tourist crowds, which suited us well. The apartment matched the pictures, was lovely and very clean, and had a beautiful terrace view. Alfonso was fantastic to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. He greeted us warmly, explained everything, and shared recommendations. Bianca was lovely too. We found snacks, milk, and juice waiting for us, a thoughtful touch we hadn’t had at several other places on our trip. There was even homemade limoncello in the freezer, made with lemons from Bianca’s moms garden. The walk up to Vico takes about ten minutes, and it is uphill. We rented a scooter, which was handy for the climb and for trips to Sorrento, though scooter driving there can be a bit crazy and it won’t suit everyone. A shuttle bus runs up and down the hill, but it wasn’t operating during our first week of June visit. Grazie mille Alfonso and Bianca for the warm hospitality! Alla prossima!
