Stay away. Our time at this property was horrible. We were there as a family with our seven-year-old child. When we arrived, some issues came up and we contacted the host. The response was hostile and threatening, and by around 2 AM we felt so unsafe that we left immediately. We had to search for another hotel in the middle of the night and finally found somewhere at 4 AM. The host told us, "I don't care, sleep on the road," and when we tried to contact them again, they threatened to come and fight us. We were shaken and scared for our safety. Afterward, we tried many times to contact the property about a refund, but they disappeared. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against booking if you value your safety and peace of mind.

The host has ignored both our messages and Booking's communications about a refund, and hasn't replied to clarify what happened or even apologize. After a terrible, unprofessional experience, our vacation was ruined.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful spot, right in the centre of vivo equense. The train and bus are nearby, with pompei and sorrento both about 15 minutes away. A must.
