The house was amazingly clean, and the location was great. There are two balconies, one large one off the bedrooms and a smaller one off the kitchen. The wardrobes were very clean and had lots of hangers. The towels were soft and smelled lovely. The air conditioning worked really well, and there was a fridge, washing machine, iron, oven and hairdryer. Outside, there was a sink, a table with chairs and a sturdy plastic drying rack that stayed put, unlike the light metal ones that tip over in a gust of wind. It was seafront, so there were always grains of sand on the balcony. That didn't bother me, though it may be my cleaning obsession. Larger families might miss having a dishwasher, which is why this was almost excellent. The one thing missing in our apartment was a wall clock. I even mentioned it to the owner. One really important bonus, the property provides a card for free parking under the house! 👏👏❤️

The location was excellent, a short walk along the seafront to the center, around 5-10 minutes. We could see our cars from the two beautiful terraces, which had sea views and were also great for dining. Parking right in front of the house was excellent, and the sea was just steps away, as was the discounted "La Bussola" beach resort. My wife and I stayed at Bramante apartments from June 8, 2023 to June 18, 2023, in the "fuoco" apartment. The owners, Nicola and Elena, were courteous, friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the layout was great. We found practically everything there, from a washing machine and iron to pots, pans, dishes and kitchen essentials, almost better equipped than home. If I return to Vieste, these apartments are my first choice. Highly recommended! P.S. They're clearly very popular, so I'd book well in advance. Nicola and Elena, it was a privilege to meet you!

The owner was kind and courteous, and everything was new, just as shown in the pictures. The place was impeccably clean, right on the beach and close to all amenities. Parking was included, which is a significant amount given the prices. Everything was excellent, I don't think you could ask for more. Highly recommended!!!

Supermarkets are nearby, the center is just steps away, and you can park in front of the property. Its spot on the beach is strategic, with a well-equipped, well-maintained beach club that offers every comfort. The apartments are new and well maintained, with beautiful terraces and even an elevator. Everything was impeccably clean, nothing left to chance. The owner, Nicola, is helpful, capable and, above all, honest. My compliments again, and see you next time.

This was our second stay at Bramante Apartments in Vieste, and we can't wait to come back. The spacious Fuoco Apartment was very clean and had two double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed as well, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a very large eat-in kitchen, and two big terraces. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were provided. The apartments are just steps from the S. Lorenzo seafront and about 500 meters from the historic center. There is parking, plus a special agreement with the "La Bussola" beach club. Nicola, the owner, is attentive, friendly and discreet.
