4/10
I had to stop for the night because of an emergency. The place has opening and closing hours that feel more suited to a hostel than a hotel, and both the welcome and checkout were unfriendly. I didn’t use the bathroom apart from the WC, and I slept fully clothed just to be sure. There was free access to the rooms, like in a motel.

Nuovo is about an hour’s drive from Milan, in a peaceful part of Vigevano. The staff were friendly and nice. We arrived very late but were still able to check in. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and breakfast was simple and nice.

Good value for the money. The room was clean, and there was even a bidet in the bathroom. The parking space was right in front of the room door. Breakfast was really good for Italy.
