The price was brilliant compared with places nearby, and Vigonza was a lovely neighbourhood. We had a great few days here and the staff were friendly and helpful. Before we arrived, they gave us all the information we needed. Our room was clean and organised, with A.C. There was a big parking area in front of the building and a great bar on the first floor. Thanks for everything, we had the best time!

The place has gone downhill over the years, and after staying several times, this was the worst yet. The floors were extremely dirty, dishes hadn't been washed, and there was garbage left in between. The fridge was freezing cold and leaking, and some cups were broken. Bad!

The room was bright, warm, and clean enough, though I spotted a few cobwebs. The bathroom smelled a bit and wasn't comfortable to use, since the light switch was tucked behind the door. There wasn't much in the way of room or bathroom facilities. It was good, just not very good.

Yesterday you left out a copy even though it had been paid for, and then you wouldn't answer the phone to explain. Shame on you. You don't even deserve a comment.

Parking out front was ample, and having a bar downstairs was convenient. The room itself was comfortable, very clean, and had no musty smell. I stayed two nights after booking through Booking.com, but hadn't realized I needed to check in online beforehand. I arrived at 11 pm, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, walking me through the process even though I'd never done it before. Excellent value for money.
