Breakfast and dinner were both excellent during our four-day stay at Hotel Emma. Daniel, the owner, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. We had a lovely time and can definitely recommend the hotel.

We arrived at the restaurant at 18:00 and were told it was closed until 18:30. We said we'd come back, and they said they'd be waiting for us. When we returned half an hour later, they asked if we had a reservation. We didn't, and then they said they couldn't serve us, even though they hadn't mentioned that when we first came in.

Getting to Lake Braies by bus is very easy from this great location. My room was small but comfortable, and all the furniture was new. There's a restaurant and bar, and you can use a sauna. The staff were super nice. I'll definitely come back!

The proprietors were friendly, and the hotel and restaurant are historic and right in the town center. The room was lovely and spacious. There is no lift because the building is classed as historic. The bathroom had no window and no ventilation. The food was good, though the menu can get a bit repetitive. Breakfast was excellent.
