A quiet farmhouse in the hills above Vicenza, recently renovated and offering the basics. Breakfast features authentic homemade products. The hosts are attentive without hovering, and bring a gentle feminine touch to things. Even for a single night, it’s worth staying to get a couple of hours away from everything.

After lunch, it’s easy to head out for a hike on the nearby trails, with beautiful scenery all around. The service was good, too. The restaurant serves tasty vegan and vegetarian food as a fixed menu with lots of different dishes. Really recommended!

We tried lunch here for the first time and really enjoyed it. The vegetarian meal ran from appetizer through dessert, and we paired it with a local wine. Everything tasted delicious, the staff were so friendly, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to enjoy the food. There are artisanal goods for sale as well, including pasta, flour, and other products. We left very satisfied, and plan to come back in warmer weather for a walk around the beautiful Berici Hills.

We had lunch out on the veranda on a sunny winter Sunday, and it turned out to be a lovely surprise. The vegetarian food was satisfying, and all the little details show a feminine touch. I’m looking forward to trying recipes with their homemade stock cube. Recommended.

The vegetarian and vegan dishes here are full of flavor and color, with lots of tempting choices. This gorgeous agriturismo is tucked into the Vicenza hills, and I’d highly recommend it! 😊 After lunch, I’d also visit the caves just up the hill for a great view.
