Il Castelletto del Salamaro

The owners made us feel so welcome, and it was lovely chatting with them. They were available if we needed anything. The apartment was charming, spotless, and had every comfort, while the carefully tended garden felt like a peaceful oasis far from the city bustle. Dogs are welcome too, which made things even easier for us traveling with ours. Viterbo center is only a few minutes away by car, with supermarkets nearby. I hope I can return someday, and I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. :)

The garden is a dream, right down to all the little details 🥰. We were close to the center, with a supermarket just two minutes away. The owners were incredibly kind and always ready to help. Waking up in this gorgeous, relaxing place felt like a fairytale!!! ❤ The clean, well-kept apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen, and breakfast was plentiful. Mrs. Rossella even left us a delicious homemade tart! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Thank you so much, Roberto and Rossella!!! ❤😘

There was a generous choice of breakfast food waiting for us, plus a delicious homemade tart. The apartment had all we needed, from a stovetop, refrigerator stocked with fresh eggs, butter, and fruit juices, freezer, kettle, juicer, and spices to plenty more. The place is a little paradise just minutes from Viterbo center, kept up with obvious care in both the garden and the apartment furnishings. A great base for exploring and visiting the towns of Tuscia. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment, spotless and in perfect order, with all the comforts from dishes to toiletries. The owner is just as delightful. It's quiet and surrounded by greenery, yet only a short way from the must-see center of Viterbo. I highly recommend it.
