We guessed a lot when picking places for our first Italy trip, and this little place in a beautiful town was a home run. All four of us slept great. I wouldn't change a thing, just perfect!
A very nice room in a clean B&B, right in central Viterbo and in a good location. The staff were polite too. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
Everything was clean and comfortable, and communication was great.
Really excellent.
The location is excellent, just steps from the heart of Viterbo's medieval historic center, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds, though the style is standard. The rooms felt quite dark and didn't offer much privacy, since they faced other apartments or balconies. The bathrooms were too small and impractical. Communication could also be more responsive, especially with the entire booking, payment, and check-in process handled online. Telephone support should be easier to reach when guests need help.
