Patrizio has done an incredible job restoring and renovating the property, and it really shows. The staff were kind, professional, and quick to respond. It's an easy walk to the center, and there's a bike rental shop just a few minutes away. The kitchenette is well equipped and there's soap, but it's self-service, so bring shampoo, conditioner, and any salt or olive oil you might want. Light sleepers may want earplugs since it's not far from a main road, though the sound insulation is decent. We almost didn't want to review the place because we liked it so much. Hope to go back!

The place is relaxing and well located, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The kitchen items weren't very clean, though, and the pan was in poor shape. A small bottle of olive oil for cooking would have been appreciated. It doesn't make sense to buy one for a short stay when you're coming from abroad.

The flat is about 10 minutes from Volterra's old town, in a beautiful setting with enchanting views over the Tuscan countryside. It also has a parking space. I'd recommend renting a flat in this charming old villa.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious, but our room faced a busy road, so it was a little noisy.

The location made it easy to reach local sights in just a few minutes. The rooms were lovely, and the service was great. I’d definitely recommend it.
