We only had one night, and I wish it had been longer. The rooms and garden were lovely and spotless, and the host spoke German fluently. Even if you’re nervous around dogs, theirs is so gentle. Places to eat and drink are close by, including the wonderful gelateria Daniel, about a 10-minute walk away.

We stayed just one night at Corte Ruffoni, and the homemade cakes and cookies at breakfast were a real treat, along with the wide choice of food. The agriturismo sits in an old farmhouse courtyard on the edge of the lovely village of Zevio. Our room was tastefully furnished and very clean, and the owners gave us a lovely welcome. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was great, and the people there, including the dog, were so friendly. The architecture and design are thoughtfully done while still feeling authentic. It’s such a gorgeous place to stay, and starting the day there makes it hard not to have a good one. I loved it and only wish I could have stayed longer.

The family is kind and really helpful, and they do their best to make your stay pleasant. The place is very peaceful, with spacious, stylish rooms and apartments in historic buildings on a beautiful, typical Verona courtyard. Breakfast was outstanding. Corte Ruffoni is a great place to stay near Verona. And watch out for the dog, he’s irresistible, even to someone like me who isn’t much of a dog person.

The rooms were spotless, roomy, and beautifully designed. The setting is a dream, with a huge green yard and gorgeous buildings, and the host and staff were so nice. I truly recommend it. Such a lovely stay 🩷
