When our child needed medical help during the trip, the nurse on site, T. Bingham, was wonderful. He showed real concern, arranged for a doctor to come to the resort, kept us informed about the appointment, and made sure the antibiotics were delivered. Traveling in another country, it gave us great peace of mind to know someone would look after us when we were sick. Ryan and Rash were also attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The lifeguards cleaned the beach daily and took care to make guests comfortable, speaking with people and checking their needs. This was a wonderful stay, and staff like Ryan, Rush (Rash), and T. Bingham are why we'd recommend the resort 100%. Thanks for making the trip safe, comfortable, and memorable.

The people are what make this place, especially on a return visit. Jermaine, our concierge, checked in every day and was a great host and guide. We were glad to reconnect with so many lovely people, including Roxanne, whose smile and kind heart are unforgettable. Marion, Kerriann, Rita, and many others made us feel cared for at meals, while KerryAnn and Indera mixed the best drinks. Cheryl gave me one of the best massages I've ever had at the spa. This was my second visit to Azul and my second massage with her, highly recommend. We had a week there and loved it. Our balcony had a beautiful ocean view, and we liked relaxing in the lounger pod. There's plenty to enjoy, whether you want local flavors or familiar food like cheeseburgers, pizza, and pasta. When we tried something we didn't care for, we just moved on to something else and kept enjoying our vacation. 7 mile beach is the best we've found in all our travels, and the sunsets keep drawing us back. If other people's feedback makes you unsure, I'd encourage you to try it. We've grown to love the people of Jamaica, and this resort gives us a feel for the heart of the place.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Azul, especially the poolside bars. Camille was always friendly and made us great drinks, and Marvin was a pleasure to work with, always ready to help when we had questions. Khrysanne was a beautiful soul, too, and got back to us promptly whenever we needed something. Housekeeping could improve by replacing washcloths when supplies run low. Beach towels were almost always gone when we went looking for one.

The food was great, with good variety, flavor, and preparation. Portions were small, but that gave us a chance to try more dishes. Staff were friendly and helpful, the entertainment team was engaging and fun, and the bar staff could handle most drink requests. Azul had a lively feel while still offering space to relax quietly, and we're definitely planning to return. The resort is comfortable and sits in an amazing location. The beach was exactly what you'd imagine for the Caribbean, with clear blue and turquoise water, sugar sand, and a warm, clean, calm shoreline. The resort shows its age, but the rooms were comfortable, and daily service kept them clean and ready for a rest after time in the sun. A few small service needs when we first arrived in the room were handled promptly. Road noise could be heard in many areas, though it wasn't too bad where it mattered.
