The service was great, and Julia at the front desk was especially wonderful. It was a really nice, quiet, peaceful place to stay, with full AC in the rooms, hot water, room service twice a day, a bar, and a pool. It could use a little fixing up, but we had a great stay.

I felt unsafe and didn’t sleep at all, so I checked out first thing the next morning. The place was noisy, the washroom was dirty and didn’t work, and the pool hadn’t been treated. There were also random people sleeping on the lounge chairs around the pool. Really bad experience.

I’m a very clean person, so the poor service was upsetting. In two weeks, my room was cleaned only once, and I went four days without a bath towel. Please treat returning guests with more respect. Decency matters to me, and the owner really needs to make improvements.

The rooms smelled awful and were covered in black mold. There was no security or staff, and the pool should be closed. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here. This place should be closed.

I went here in 2016 and loved every minute. The staff, the cleaners, everyone was great, and you could sit and have a good laugh with anyone. I hope to be back this year for my birthday in December. Love and miss you all. I miss the UK.
