There were many insects in the room, which wasn't cleaned properly during my stay. Staff sprayed insecticide while I was still in the room, raising health and safety concerns instead of properly solving the problem. The hotel also doesn't allow couples to stay together unless married, and that may not be clear when booking. When I calmly complained, the manager shouted at me and said to leave if I didn't like the conditions. That was shocking and unacceptable. My stay at Capri Hotel in Amman was stressful and disappointing, and I'd strongly suggest looking at other options where guest comfort, hygiene, and respectful service are taken more seriously.

I had a short stay with my family last week. The room was clean and very big, and the area felt safe and pleasant, with a nice coffeehouse nearby. I met the owner, Mr. Ala, who was very nice and available for any questions I had. I'll come again.

I clearly told reception I didn't want housekeeping and explicitly refused service, but staff went into my room anyway. I was shocked and felt uncomfortable and disrespected. That's a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable. If your personal space and security matter to you, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I politely raised a complaint, and the manager yelled at me and told me to leave if I wasn't happy. I've never been treated so rudely by hotel staff. This kind of hospitality has no place in the industry. Avoid the hotel if you expect basic respect.

Their policies are outdated and unclear. They don't allow you to stay with your girlfriend, and this wasn't clearly stated on booking platforms. It made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. I wouldn't recommend it for couples.
