Great value for the price, as long as you don’t expect a five-star experience. That’s based on our own stay. The service was great, communication was easy, and the staff were flexible and friendly when we needed help. The sheets were clean. I’d recommend it for a temporary stop while traveling to Aqaba by bus. The bus station is a two-minute walk from the hotel. Perfect for that.

The apartment is close to Al-Abdali Mall and the Boulevard, and it has everything you need. Our room had two beds, a kitchen with a fridge, stove, and kettle, plus a living room and bathroom. Heating and cooling were available, the bathroom had a water heater, and the windows kept out noise. The washing machine was shared. The brothers were really helpful, especially the Yemeni brothers, and the price felt excellent for what the property offers.

The service was excellent and the apartment's location is really distinctive. But my review is about room 103, not the whole apartment. There was a smoke smell as soon as we walked in, and I expect there may be better rooms. The furniture was partly broken and damaged, the cabinets were poor quality, and the wall was in bad shape and unclean. Our air conditioner was broken, though ours was the only room with that issue. I also wish the floor fan had worked.

Abu Othman, Abu Mahmoud, and our Yemeni brothers deserve all respect. The place is clean, reasonably priced, and close to services and entertainment.

The staff were polite and professional, and all the services you need are nearby. It's in a good location, feels safe, and the price is very reasonable.
