No water was provided, and the towels smelled bad and were dirty. The room had an unpleasant smell too, and the beds were dirty. A bed spring stuck out and scratched me. The staff were disrespectful and no help at all. This hotel is a joke.

We’d reserved two days ahead, but as a couple we were almost not allowed into the lounge. It was overpriced, the staff were rude, and the whole place felt unprofessional. I can’t speak to the hotel itself.

Rooms stayed uncleaned all day, and we had to remind them about room service when we got back. Even then, the service felt unprofessional. The staff were rude, the place was dirty and overpriced, and there were no hotel services at all. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

The food was great, and the customer service was really good. It’s a clean, relaxing place with nice rooms. I recommend London Bridge Hotel. Thanks.

The treatment was bad and there was no service. I’ve never seen a hotel this bad. I wouldn’t recommend it at all, you’d be better off sleeping in a garage.
