The apartment is in a very good location and feels relatively new, but the dirty carpet in the living room and missing kitchen items were a problem. There were no knives, pans or plates, and the kitchen island had no chairs. Before we even got settled, the sheets smelled used and I found several hairs on the pillowcases. I called the owner right away to ask for all the bedding and duvet covers to be changed. The owner apologized and said they’d had a problem and hadn’t been able to replace them. Please check the sheets and pillowcases before getting into bed. I’m sure they never change the sheets.

The location is superb, and the apartments have modern furnishings and a high standard. They’re excellent.

It’s convenient for long stays, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room, air conditioning and heating, plus a washing machine. We cooked rice we bought nearby, and there are affordable local restaurants close by. The buildings around here all seem new, and this one is one of them. If you need anything, you can sort it out by contacting them on WhatsApp. We booked two nights, then our friends suggested adding three more, so four of us stayed five nights in total. It’s near Amman’s city center. I took an Uber to downtown Amman Citadel for 1.5 JD, and I’m planning to walk to the King Abdullah Mosque and the Museum today. It’s a good base for exploring downtown Amman, the Dead Sea, and Jerash. I recommend it.
