My Palestinian friends suggested this hotel for my first trip to Jordan, and I had an amazing week there. I came from Pakistan 🇵🇰, and the staff were kind and helpful both inside and outside the hotel. They also showed me how to get around Amman. If I or anyone in my family or circle of friends visits Amman again, I’ll recommend just one place: Ream hotel. 😃

Maram, the supervisor, was incredibly supportive and helpful, and the henna theme turned out just as I’d asked. I had my henna party here yesterday, and it was my favorite party ever. Everything was perfectly organized. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone, hands down. ❤️🫡❤️

The hotel was clean, and the service was good. We liked the room and its view, and there was parking available. We also had a nice breakfast on the hotel’s 1st floor.

The room was uncomfortable to stay in because it was dirty. As soon as I walked in, I saw drops and stains on the table that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt and grime around the room.
