The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, and ours had a really nice beach view. The hotel is right behind the beach, but that beach isn’t part of the hotel, so bring your own towels. I bought one from a seller there. There’s plenty nearby, and South Beach is also a fairly short taxi ride if you prefer it. The staff were a real highlight: polite and welcoming, and they let us leave our bags by the main entrance for nearly two hours before check-in, even though it made the area crowded. They also gave us useful tips about places to visit around Aquba and typical taxi prices. You can hear quite a bit from outside, though it didn’t bother me much. I’d stay again if I were back in the area. Thanks, Nice View.

I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and that stunning sea view. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I could ask for. The beach, mosque, and local restaurants were all close by, and the staff were so friendly and ready to help with whatever I needed. It was a peaceful stay with beautiful scenery, and I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a seaside getaway.

The price was good and the hotel is very central, but it’s not a quiet place. It sits next to al Ghandour beach, with a busy road on one side and the beach on the other. From our room, we could hear people talking and playing on the beach late at night and again early in the morning. Trucks also stop right beside the beach side of the building as early as 6 am. Parking is available on site, but it’s double parking, so you have to hand over your keys in case someone parked in front of you needs to leave. There’s no breakfast option. It was okay for the price, but I wouldn’t pick it if peace and quiet matter to you.

For a quick stop in Aqaba, this is a great budget option with really good value. It’s right behind the lively public beach, where locals gather throughout the day and everyone is welcome. You’re also in the middle of the sights: walk about 10 minutes one way for Ancient Islamic City of Ayla and the more touristy part of town, with plenty of good restaurants. In the other direction, it’s about 10 minutes to Arab Revolt Plaza and the fantastic Sharif Hussein's House Museum. The reception team were friendly and accommodating. The area has lots of options for food, and the souk is just up the road for shopping. Breakfast isn’t offered. There’s free parking right outside, with street parking as a backup if those spaces are full. The reception and elevator are decorated in black and gold. Our room was basic, but the balcony looking over the beach and sunset was lovely. The main thing I’d improve is the cleaning: the floor in particular needed a good wash, though everything else was spot on.

The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the beach was just steps away. Being right on the shoreline and waking up to the sound of the waves felt like a dream.
