The balcony had a fabulous sea view, and the hotel is close to both the sea and the souq. The staff were very kind and friendly, with good customer service.

I stayed a whole week, and they wouldn't clean the room when I asked, saying it wasn't their business. There was no room service or cleaning at all, and shampoo and towels weren't available either. The service was bad. Easily the worst stay I've had in Aqaba.

The beds were comfortable, the location was nice, and the price was affordable. We had a sea view and there was an elevator. Check-in and checkout were easy for our two-night stay, though the toilet could be better. Good overall.

The only real draw was the sea view. The rooms were cramped for four beds, untidy and unclean, with little or no service. If you only want to sit in your room and look at the sea, this might suit you, but the room itself wasn't good.

I left even though the booking was non-refundable, and nobody even apologized. The bedsheets had lipstick marks, while the pillows had hair and dirt on them. When I asked the desk attendant to check, he said the room was clean and that he knew about the marks and spots. Cleaning gets zero from me. The AC vents didn't swing either. One of the worst.
