Good Inn Kajiki

I stayed here after a drinking party in Aira, along with my companion, who comes here regularly. The rooms felt cozy and nice. The breakfast at the attached Joyful was my favorite part. I stepped out for a bit, but the direct connection to the hotel would be especially handy if it’s raining.

There’s not much around, so if you’re relying on public transport, you’ll pretty much have to eat at Joyful. You’ll also need to carry your suitcases yourself since there’s no elevator, and the smoking room smelled really strong even though I’d chosen that type of room. Still, for a business stay rather than a leisure trip, the front desk service is decent and the price is low enough that I think the downsides are manageable.

It may be the only business hotel in Kajiki Town, and it’s close to Kajiki IC. With just over 50 rooms, getting a reservation is easy. There are a lot of steps and no elevator, though, so it could be hard to manage with big carry-on bags or a wheelchair.

A convenience store and drugstore are close by, and there’s an izakaya about 1km away. Breakfast is served at the attached Joyfull. It’s a perfectly decent business hotel. I’d accidentally booked a smoking room, but they were able to switch me to a non-smoking one that day, which I appreciated.
