I was a little nervous since I’ve hardly traveled before, but it turned into a great trip. We stayed two nights with our pet, and the place was very clean and comfortable. The parking lot entrance is a bit narrow, though we managed to fit an Alphard in. When I had questions by email or phone, they got back to me quickly, which put me at ease. Thank you very much.

The room was clean and comfortable, with most of what you need, including tableware. They also reply to questions by email very quickly. I do wish they’d change the policy of charging the full cancellation fee even when you cancel a month ahead.

It’s really convenient to have a convenience store and drugstore within walking distance. I was glad to find rooms where we could stay with our dog, though sorting out problems can be difficult because the owner isn’t nearby.
