I accidentally left a personal item behind after staying at the Richmond Hotel. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and quick to find it, then arranged to send it to my home in the U.S. I really appreciated how professional and kind they were. Amazing hotel and staff. Highly recommend!

The built-in bakery and the Lawson downstairs made things super convenient. Our room felt fresh, was new and clean, and was comfortable and well kept.

For a hotel this big with so many rooms, how can there be only four coin-operated washing machines? Lots of people ski around here and everyone seems to be doing laundry nonstop. I queued both day and night and still couldn’t get my washing done during my stay 😩 Everything else was just ideal.

I tried to book this hotel for the Nebuta festival using my Richmond account. I logged in when sales were scheduled to open on Jan 1st at 00:00 AM, found the rooms I wanted, but the website kept showing technical errors when I tried to pay. I tried both my credit card and Amazon pay, and spent quite a while retrying instead of enjoying the new year with my friends. It still wouldn’t work, so I gave up. When I tried again a few hours later, there were no rooms available. This hotel should get an online booking system that actually works.

It’s a quiet, clean business hotel about 15 minutes from Aomori Station. My initial rooms had some issues, sewer odor and noise, but the staff handled it quickly and offered to move me. I ended up feeling at home here. Thank you for everything!
