There aren’t any windows in the room, but it’s modern and has pretty much everything else. I found it very comfortable.

There’s no lobby, and the hotel felt a bit cramped.

The check-in and follow-up responses were the worst part of my stay. The automatic reply meant I might not hear back right away, and checking in could take over an hour. The later response also left me feeling uncomfortable and really disappointed. I won’t stay here again. When foreigners use this place, I don’t want them to think this is what Japanese hospitality is like. There are confusing, garbled remarks in the review about staying for a spell, two rooms, a couple, and perhaps a few weeks, but I can’t make out what they mean. The rest of that text is also corrupted, with repeated phrases about snowflakes, smiles, and snacks.

I’d avoid staying here. I requested the URL repeatedly but only got automated messages without it. I eventually gave up and booked somewhere else, then an email finally came around 10:30pm. I saw it in the middle of the night, by which point I was already at the other accommodation. I tried to cancel because I was so annoyed with how they handled it, but they refused under their policy, pointing to a record that an email had been received at 10:30pm. This place caused a lot of trouble.
