The hot springs at the hotel are really good. It's also clean and peaceful, and the location is great.

Private hot springs can be booked for a small extra fee. The hotel itself is very nice, with buffet breakfast and dinner that are limited in size but good. Dinner also includes an alcohol buffet.

The onsen is superb, and the restaurant is sooo good. The buffet food was much higher quality than I expected. Rooms are okay and the bed is comfy, though the shower curtain could use replacing. A really good stay.

I only went for the onsen, so I can't say anything about the rooms since I didn't stay overnight. The big onsen is awesome, and they also have private onsen rooms. I'd definitely go back.

The bedding was dirty, with lots of blood stains. There was no English-speaking staff at the front desk, and they were also very rude.
