It’s a peaceful place, with good breakfast and dinner. The onsen is quiet and calm, and has both indoor and outdoor options. The facilities are shared, and the only showers are in the onsen. Men’s and women’s baths are separate. The baths are quite open to the hills and countryside, so this may not suit anyone wanting privacy while bathing nude, as nearby houses could potentially see in.

The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the onsen was delightful.

A lovely place to stay if you want to enjoy a natural Japanese Onsen, or hot bath.

It’s an old hotel with Japanese-style decor and a nice hot spring.
