I've stayed here a couple of times. It's a decent budget option close to Kadena, with restaurants nearby and American Village an easy walk away.

The bathroom is pretty cramped and could be tough for a larger person, but the price and location are reasonable. There's a designated lot right out front for 1,000 yen a day, and being close to Aeon Mall is handy. The accommodation itself was fine.
The room was tiny for about 11,000 yen a night, with only around 3.3 square meters outside the bathroom. The double bed was about 130 cm wide. Cleanliness was poor: there was coarse hair from the previous guest in the shower gel container, and the cups, toothbrushes, combs, and razors weren't clean either. I stayed three nights and got plenty of towels at once. The front desk is supposed to be open from 3 to 9 p.m., though it usually shuts at 7. Parking is another 1,000 yen per day, so I didn't find the value very good. Taking the bus is convenient because the stop is close, but I'd suggest staying near Asahibashi or Nago terminals instead. At this mid-route stop you can wait ages, then stand for 1-2 hours because seats are often taken. By the end, your legs hurt and you start wondering whether the trip is really about sightseeing or just Okinawa's slow buses.
The staff were really nice, and I'd happily stay again. I was there Sunday and Monday during the Chunichi Dragons' February training camp in Chatan, Okinawa, with a national holiday the next day. It was about a 25-minute walk to the stadium, and the two-night single-room stay came to just under 14,000 yen. The room felt new and spacious. Services were limited for the low price, with no room wear or tea bags. Like others have said, a washlet would have earned five stars.
For my three nights from late August into September while watching the Basketball World Cup, the simple service worked well since I only needed somewhere to sleep. The new, clean facilities felt reassuring, and the price was reasonable compared with other places. They didn't change the sheets every day, but left enough towels for the whole stay. A 100-yen vending machine outside was handy, with a family restaurant nearby and a convenience store not far away. My one gripe was no bathtub. Thanks, I'd stay here again on a future Okinawa trip to watch a Kings game.
