Seawall Hostel

I like this place. It’s in a pretty good, quiet location, and they have bikes to rent. The bed is quite big, and the owner is friendly and kind. Everything was clean and great, so I think I might stay here again next time.

The private rooms and showers, roomy clean kitchen, and great location made this the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Okinawa. I’d tried several others, three in Chatan, and after a bad experience at another place I booked this one for a week. The people here were wonderful, and I made friends for life. The owner is funny in a sly way, and I’ll miss him a lot. He can easily adjust things to suit your preferences. Just be nice and he’ll listen! Thanks for having me. It was my most memorable trip ever. ❤️ Hope to see you again!

The hostel was clean and felt very safe, with security doors and lockers. It also had good amenities, including a full kitchen, laundry, and rental bikes. The beach, restaurants, and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Great location!

This hostel feels like Chatan in Okinawa. The hostel people, the owner Taro, and even the pretty old bikes are all adorable. It’s cheaper than the other places there, with a big mart just a 2-3 minute walk away and clean beds and bedrooms. It was quite social, which made me a little worried it might be messy or loud on my first time arriving in Okinawa, but it wasn’t. I know it depends on the hostel and its hosts, but you can give it a try. Taro san and the atmosphere make you feel comfortable. I miss those memories, like nostalgia.
