The room was huge, spotless, and had a fridge, microwave, heater, and air conditioning. The toilet and private shower were also very clean and well maintained. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji. The staff were polite and friendly, and I really appreciated them arranging a shuttle to pick us up. Having BBQ dinner in the cool weather felt so relaxing. The night sky was beautiful, and we took some lovely photos and videos. It was worth it, and I’d love to come back!

You can walk 12-20 minutes to lots of places in town for food and groceries. This is a campsite, so expect nature sounds and other campers. When it isn’t cloudy, Mt Fuji is easy to see. The domes are clean, and the staff were friendly. For a campsite, the facilities were VERY nice, with clean toilets, showers, and sinks. They provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and a selection of teas and coffee.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The staff were rude and didn’t speak English. We booked for four people, but only three of us arrived, and they still made us pay an extra 21,500 yen for the fourth person. We’d arranged a free transfer for 6:30 a.m., but it never showed up. We missed the bus, then the train to Kyoto, and lost money. At 2 a.m., while we were asleep and expecting the transfer, the staff messaged Booking.com to say all transfers were busy and we should find our own way. We only saw the message in the morning, when we were due to leave. THIS GLAMPING IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THE SERVICE AND STAFF ARE TERRIBLE!!! Be careful with this place and its staff. I don’t recommend anyone come here!

I slept well in the spacious, comfortable tent, surrounded by lovely nature. There was no Mt.Fuji view, but waking up to trees and a mountain covered in fog felt so peaceful. The site was clean, well organized, and better equipped than many hotels I’ve stayed in. The toilets and bathrooms are separate from the tent, so it could be cold going there early in the morning or late at night. Aside from that, I’d definitely recommend the place and stay again.

The room is nice, but I couldn’t sleep comfortably because the bed had no raised edge to keep the pillows in place and stop you falling out. It was too cold in the room, and there was no heating system. For what I paid, the service wasn’t good enough. They said in an email that we had to tell them in advance if we wanted the room cleaned, and we were also told to wash the dishes at checkout. I think there are better resort options.
