The house itself, Norm Air, was spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable. The beds deserve a mention too, some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. My husband especially loved the free beer tap selection. It was such a fun, thoughtful touch. Junya made the stay unforgettable with his attentive care. He went beyond his role to organize details for us, from local tips to special experiences, and his recommendations were spot on. One trip highlight was the private dinner he arranged with a personal chef. The food was exquisite and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere felt magical, honestly like a Michelin-star experience. He also suggested an early morning hike with a local couple, who kindly accompanied us. The trail to Mount Fuji was breathtaking and easy enough for the children, making it a wonderful family moment. I regret not remembering their names, but hope this message reaches them. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness and company. Hotel Norm Fuji (Norm Air house) was immaculate, modern, and beautifully designed, with every detail and luxury thoughtfully provided. It was an ideal spot for a peaceful few days near Mount Fuji. The whole experience went beyond what we imagined, and we’ll treasure it forever. Thank you!

The house is clean and cozy, and all the amenities are in good condition. It’s a peaceful, refreshing place near the lake with a Kawaguchiko Lake view. It suits groups, though the max capacity is eight and I’d recommend four to six people. Hotel norm.air is a vacation house, so there’s no 24-hour reception, restaurant, cafe, or similar facilities. A staff member can prepare dinner, breakfast, or anything else you need. Just call, or send a request through WhatsApp or Line chat.

We took the bus from Shinjuku Express Bus terminal and reached Kawaguchiko Station after 90 minutes. The team at hotel norm. can arrange everything in advance, from pickup to meals, so you can just relax and enjoy the stay. If you want to experience nature without going too far from Tokyo, this is a great place. The Mt. Fuji views are simply the BEST, and the villa offers top-quality luxury and comfort. You can see the lake from the second-floor bathtub, and the lake has activities in both winter and summer. Highly recommend. I’ll book again.
