The owners weren't on site, but they were easy to reach by email and very helpful despite the language barrier. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with shared facilities, and the location is great, right in the centre of town.

The owner was friendly and responded straight away on LINE when we needed help. We had booked the wrong day, and they accommodated us. The location is convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and the shared bathroom and other facilities were generally clean. There seems to be just one parking space down the road, so check with the owner ahead of time.

There wasn't much privacy, and the wooden floors felt nearly sunken in. I sprained myself because of the floors.

There's a shop right outside the hotel, and you can see Fuji from there.

I was given the wrong digital room key number, and it took three hours to sort out.
