The place is quiet, easy to reach, and close to sightseeing spots. Upstairs, the beds were fairly comfortable, and the kitchen has a microwave and fridge, with the dining area upstairs. There are two toilets, one on each floor, and the hair dryer is pleasantly powerful. The view of Mt Fuji is pretty nice too. It's quite cramped, and the downstairs futons were below average. The bathtub didn't work, and there wasn't enough hot water for four people to shower. I can't imagine staying here in colder weather and needing a hot shower. We had too few rubbish bags and not enough toothbrushes and toothpaste for four days. There's no drinking water filter. The washing machine had too little detergent for our four-night stay, and some buttons could use labels to make it easier to operate. Parking is tricky for some. No one seemed to come clean during our stay. We paid ¥86k for the weekend and ¥36.6k for weekdays in May, which felt fairly expensive.

The big issue was the noise at night. The walls are paper thin, and it seems to be used as a party house. The next-door neighbors banged on the walls, drank, yelled, and vomited through the night and into the early morning, especially on weekends. This happened two nights in a row, and we barely slept. I wouldn't recommend it with children or if you're hoping for a quiet evening, particularly on a weekend. Midday during the week was very quiet. The townhouse itself is brand new, very clean, and has parking. It has two floors and sleeps four comfortably, with two twin beds upstairs and two futons downstairs. There's a full kitchen and laundry room, an upstairs toilet, and a full bath downstairs. The owner was very responsive and communication was great, with lovely restaurant recommendations. There are many highly reviewed restaurants within walking distance. The location is excellent, close to Lake Kawaguchi and Yamanakako, about 10-20 minutes away.

The flat was just as advertised, and we enjoyed the view of Mount Fuji. We stayed one night in November. There was heating in the dining and kitchen area as well as the bedrooms. I'd highly recommend it. We booked through AirBnB.
